Job summary

Lowes Foods in Hickory, NC is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Department team member. You will interact with guests in a friendly manner, stock and rotate dairy and frozen items, and maintain a clean, organized department. You will assist with deliveries and help manage inventory to meet guest demand while upholding sanitation standards.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy loads and work collaboratively with store staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.
• Stock, rotate and condition all dairy/frozen products on shelves.
• Maintain neat and safe work area for guests.
• Maintain organized, inventoried and rotated overstock in coolers and freezers.
• Minimize damage and shrink through inventory control and proper handling.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise on delivery to the store.
• Order and merchandise dairy/frozen items to meet guest demand and inventory levels.
• Maintain sanitation standards on sales floor and in coolers/freezers.
• Perform front-end duties as needed to uphold No Noticeable Wait standard.
