Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and maintain fresh, organized displays in fresh departments. You will help customers find items, share product information, and keep shelves clean and well-stocked.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting items, and working in a fast-paced environment while following food safety and quality standards. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across Fresh departments.
• Maintain full and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products per standards.

• Assist across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery as needed.
