Meijer Inc. is seeking team members to connect with customers, stock and merchandise products, and help maintain appealing displays. You’ll use technology and follow safety standards while working across departments in a fast-paced store environment.

We value a friendly, customer-first approach, strong communication, and physical stamina for lifting and standing. Prior retail or food service experience helps but isn’t required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
