Farm Job Search in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Herd Manager/Herdsman for a 425-cow operation in North Western Wisconsin. You will lead daily milking, AI breeding, health protocols, and overall herd care.

You will supervise five employees, train relief staff, and ensure efficient dairy operations. Newer housing is provided, health insurance and paid vacation after one year are included.

Herd Manager / Herdsman Position immediately available on 425 cow dairy farm in North Western Wisconsin. MUST have experience in AI breeding, treating and vaccinating cows/young stock, milking, overall care of animals and management of dairy operation. Should have exceptional people skills, strong work ethic, and great leadership skills as you will be supervising a workforce of five employees. Dairy Spanish a plus. Will also be responsible for training relief help. Expect to work 6 days/week. Excellent salary. Benefits include health insurance and paid vacation after one year. Newer housing provided.
