Sullivan's Foods is hiring a Dairy Department Manager to lead our dairy team and ensure exceptional guest service. The role involves coaching, training, developing, and influencing staff to meet department and store goals, while maintaining high product quality and inventory control.

You'll build engaging merchandising displays, oversee ordering, and stock management, and support our commitment to a superior shopping experience and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Overview

Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Dairy Department Manager to join our team!

As the Dairy Department Manager, you will:

• lead a remarkable team of customer service champions - you'll be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals
• provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest - whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions
• build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals
• evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality
• order product and ensure proper inventory levels
• assist department team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash.

The Dairy Department Manager position in our store is a fun and rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring our guests have a remarkable shopping experience and that our team members feel valued, and that our store maintains successful profitability.

Pay Range

USD $17.00 - USD $29.50 /Hr.
