ShopRite Marlboro is seeking a Dairy Manager to directly supervise all functions of the Dairy Department at the ShopRite of Marlboro in Marlboro, NJ. The role focuses on sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement under the direction of the General Store Manager.

Minimum qualifications include strong English, basic math, physical stamina, and ability to lead associates to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak English fluently.
• Perform basic math.
• Stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Operate basic computer functions.
• Work in varying temperatures and tolerate dust/cleaning agents.
• Interact with customers and work with others.
• Lead and engage associates to meet department goals.
