Job summary

ShopRite Inserra NJ is seeking a Dairy Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Dairy Department, guiding associates to achieve sales, profit, and exceptional customer experience. You will lead safety initiatives, maintain product presentation, and ensure compliance with policies and laws in a fast-paced supermarket environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently and understand basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift and lift up to 60 lbs.,
• Comfort working with fresh, dried and processed products in a dairy environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Dairy Department to meet goals in sales, profit and customer experience.
• Greet customers, provide prompt service and promote promotions to customers.
• Onboard, train and coach department associates to achieve department goals.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper display of dairy products and ensure proper pricing and labeling.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local, state and federal regulations.
