Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Dairy Department to achieve department goals (sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement).
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency in line with ShopRite priorities.
• Lead and engage Associates to achieve department goals and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure proper stocking, labeling, and display of dairy products and adherence to policies.
