Job summary

ShopRite of Columbia Park in North Bergen, NJ, is seeking a Dairy Manager to direct and supervise the Dairy Department and its associates. You will be responsible for achieving department goals related to sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

Qualifications include strong English language skills, basic math, and the ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Dairy Department.
• Lead and engage Associates to achieve department goals.
• Maintain safety, presentation, and efficiency per ShopRite priorities.
• Ensure proper staffing to meet sales and Customer Experience needs.
• Uphold local, state, and federal regulations in all operations.
