Qualifications

• Less than high school or equivalent experience.
• Six months or less of similar or related experience.
• Ability to learn customers' names and address them by name when possible.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to customers and team members.
• Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner throughout the store.
• Assists customers by guiding to products, securing items, or loading heavy items.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise and maintains department cleanliness.
• Unloads trucks and places product in appropriate storage area.
• Builds end caps and displays; maintains organization and safety in the department.
