Job summary

PaQ, Inc., located in Stockton, CA, seeks a Dairy Clerk to support the Dairy Lead in achieving department sales and profit goals through excellent customer service and organized stock management. The role involves receiving, storing, stocking products, and ensuring product quality and proper labeling in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of dairy products, familiarity with stocking procedures, and ability to operate POS systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Over one year of experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain proper receiving, storing, and stocking of products according to company protocols.
• Follow proper product rotation practices to maintain product quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Review product code dates and address out-of-code products.
• Take the product to designated workspace and organize it appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Dispose of damaged and spoiled products per policies.
• Monitor temperatures in cases and coolers and report concerns promptly.
• Perform General Clerk duties as assigned.
