Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy in Florida is seeking a CIP Operator (Sanitation-Plant) to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure product quality. You will operate the CIP system, maintain records, and follow GMPs to keep equipment clean and safe.

The role requires high attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and effective communication. Competitive benefits offered and opportunities for growth. Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–1:30 AM, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning/sanitizing per manufacturer instruction.
• Operate CIP system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines.
• Perform basic housekeeping and record keeping related to cleaning cycles and concentrations.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and health/safety regulations.
