Job summary

Purity Dairies in Nashville is seeking a Bagger/Debagger to operate and maintain packaging lines, troubleshoot basic equipment, and ensure GMP-compliant production of dairy products. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working a Mon-Fri shift with possible Saturdays, offering growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down and set up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to meet daily deadlines.
