This role is 99% dairy and 1% beef, involves on-farm visits, selling GENEX semen and programs, and delivering reproductive management expertise to improve herd performance.

Strong dairy experience, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows.
• Experience in heat detection on large farms.
• Aggressive sales and service oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Artificial Insemination (AI) services to members and customers.
• Provide Breeding Program assistance to members and customers.
• Sell GENEX AI services, semen, products and programs.
• Provide reproductive management expertise to improve herd performance.
• Consistently make farm visits with prospects to develop new customers.
