Qualifications

• LPN license in New York state.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.
• Experience with geriatric/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs.
