Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for California veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC).
• Strong communication and client-centered approach.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Interest in teaching, mentorship, and advancing ECC.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity emergency and ICU patients, including triage and stabilization.
• Lead rounds and contribute to protocol development.
• Perform advanced therapies with available equipment.
• Collaborate with emergency clinicians and specialty teams on complex cases.
• Support education and development of staff, residents, and students.
