Job summary

CFS is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Functional Lead in Orlando, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead Supply Chain workstreams within a major D365 ERP implementation, shape process improvements across inventory, procurement, warehouse and operations, and partner with leaders to design scalable workflows.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, coordinating testing and deployment, and promoting D365 standard functionality.

Qualifications

• Multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, or Operations functions.
• Strong ERP process knowledge and functional solution design expertise.

• Lead Supply Chain-focused D365 implementation and business process design initiatives.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process improvement discussions, and solution reviews.
