Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect/Manager to lead the evaluation, design, deployment, and optimization of Dynamics 365 SCM solutions for clients. You will bridge business needs with technical architecture and guide decisions to align with outcomes.

As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you’ll work with EY groups to deliver digital engagements, lead teams through governance phases, and influence policy with proven problem-solving and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
• 5+ years of project experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/AX2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
• Strong data architecture design knowledge and familiarity with design methodologies & tools.
• Knowledge of IT standards, governance, and platform architecture.
• Expertise in Solution Architecture Design and technical feasibility analysis.
• Ability to map technology business requirements with cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong relationship-building, client trust, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication with impact; track record of complex problem solving.
• Leadership qualities: driving outcomes, emotional agility, and team leadership.
• Adaptability and learning agility; experience managing change and negotiation.
