BlueCrest, headquartered in Danbury, CT, seeks a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant to lead cross-system governance and transformation across CRM, Field Service, and Finance & Operations. You will partner with the IT Applications team to implement data governance, system integrations, and process improvements across the D365 environment.
You will drive data quality, derive insights with Power BI, and design scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Fabric.

BlueCrest is seeking a seasoned D365 consultant with deep, cross-system expertise across Customer Engagement (CRM), Field Service, and Finance & Operations. This role sits in the Transformation Office, reports to the Director of Transformation, and operates as the primary technical resource supporting a company-wide data foundation and systems governance initiative.
You will work closely with BlueCrest's existing IT Applications team, which holds critical institutional knowledge of current system architecture, customizations, and integrations. That collaboration is essential, you bring cross-system breadth and implementation methodology; they bring institutional context and operational continuity. Together, you will drive data governance, systems integration, and process improvement across BlueCrest's entire D365 environment.
