Job summary

DynaTech is seeking a D365 F&O Technical Architect to define and lead the technical design of solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-performance, and maintainable designs.

The role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience in enterprise implementations, and the ability to lead teams while communicating across business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in D365 technical roles with architecture exposure.
• Deep expertise in D365 F&O technical development and architecture.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and development standards for D365 F&O.
• Design and oversee customizations, extensions, and integrations.

You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that all customizations, integrations, and extensions are designed for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands‑on experience in enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and development standards for D365 F&O implementations
• Design and oversee customizations, extensions, and integrations across modules
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and stability across environments
• Design and manage integrations with external systems and third‑party applications
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution governance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and support
• Stay updated with latest D365 F&O technical capabilities and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O technical development and architecture
• Proficiency in X++, .NET, integrations, and extension frameworks
• Experience with APIs, data management, and system integrations
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage delivery expectations
• Effective communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure services and cloud‑based architectures
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to large‑scale or multi‑country implementations

Experience

8–12 years of experience in D365 technical roles with architecture exposure

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
