Home Energy Pros in Fort Wayne is seeking a driven D2D Sales Representative for an all-in-one role. You will knock doors, set your own appointments, and run the in-home presentation and close yourself.

You don’t need prior home energy sales experience, but a background in sales or canvassing helps. The position offers a 100% commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Some experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with face-to-face rejection.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and daily activity goals.
• Reliable transportation to canvass in the Fort Wayne-area territory.
• Coachable — willing to learn and follow a structured sales system.
• Must be comfortable with a 100% commission-based pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Fort Wayne-area territory.
• Approach homeowners at the door, build rapport, and generate interest using HEP's proven door approach.
• Set and run your own in-home appointments (attic inspection, problem reveal, solution presentation).
• Follow HEP's structured sales process, including objection handling and same-visit closing techniques.
• Track daily door and appointment activity using company tools (Active Knocker).
• Attend regular sales training and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay aligned with company standards.
• Maintain a professional, honest, and customer-first approach on every doorstep.
