Job summary

BD is seeking a manufacturing associate for a 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift in USA NE - Columbus. You will perform light manual assembly and 100% inspection to packaging requirements, operate the line, and ensure GMP-compliant processes are followed.

Responsibilities include recording quality checks, following drawings and QC specs, wearing clean room attire, and moving components through staging, labeling and palletizing per documented procedures. On-site teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required or 3 years manufacturing experience in lieu.
• Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Light manual assembly, 100% inspection to packaging requirements and machine operation.
• Must follow specifications in process procedures, Quality Control Specifications, Drawings and GMP Manuals.
• Perform and record quality checks and line clearances as required per documentation.
• Wear appropriate apparel for entry into the clean room environment.
• Comply with protective clothing policy and all safety policies.
• Operate material handling equipment and move components as needed per procedures.
• Start/stop machines and manage material loading, bagging, labeling and palletizing per procedures.
• Support other duties to meet business needs.
