Job summary

ICLS is seeking experienced Czech instructors to teach adult professionals at our Washington, DC schoolhouse. Assignments vary and may include full-time, part-time, private students, and/or small groups across a broad range of proficiency levels.

The candidate should have at least two years of teaching Czech to adults, native-level Czech, and a bachelor’s degree, plus legal authorization to work in the United States. Additional graduate studies or ILR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience teaching Czech to adults in a full-time setting.
• Native-level proficiency in Czech.
• Possess at minimum a bachelor's degree.
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Teach Czech to adult professionals at the ICLS schoolhouse in Washington, DC.
• Deliver instruction to a range of proficiency levels.
• Manage teaching assignments that may include full-time, part-time, private students, and/or small groups.
