Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) in New York, NY, seeks an AP- or AP/CP-board-certified pathologist with training in Cytopathology to join its Cytology Service. Candidates must have fellowship training in Cytopathology and be eligible for medical licensure in New York and New Jersey.

Substantial experience with ultrasound-guided FNA is required. The Cytology Service at MSK supports a wide range of diagnostic modalities and a four-position Cytopathology Fellowship Program.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK (USA). Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking an AP- or AP/CP-board-certified pathologist to join its Cytology Service. Candidates must have completed fellowship training in Cytopathology and be eligible for medical licensure in New York and New Jersey. Substantial experience performing ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies is required.

The Cytology Service at MSK comprises 14 pathologists supported by a large, dedicated team of allied health professionals and state-of-the-art diagnostic infrastructure, including immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, molecular pathology, and digital pathology.

The Service also supports an ACGME-accredited Cytopathology Fellowship Program with four fellowship positions per year.

The successful candidate will provide expert diagnostic services across the full spectrum of cytopathology and will staff MSK's ultrasound-guided FNA biopsy clinics, with an active role in performing and interpreting FNA procedures.

The position offers extensive opportunities to collaborate with MSK's multidisciplinary disease management teams in patient care and translational research, as well as to participate in the education and mentorship of fellows, residents, and other trainees.

We are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong diagnostic expertise in cytopathology with substantial hands-on experience in ultrasound-guided FNA and who are committed to advancing cytologic diagnosis, multidisciplinary cancer care, education, and translational research.

• Salary range: $262,000 - $386,000
