Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate in California to load and unload gas cylinders, move them with a forklift, and support inventory control and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical background desirable.
• Must possess good leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gas cylinders onto/from route trucks and trailers; move cylinders by rolling and by operating a forklift.
• Sort empty cylinders by type and check cylinder quantities, styles, and product specifications for accurate inventory management.
• Review customer orders, pull required items from inventory, and load products onto trucks for delivery.
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance, including painting, labeling, and cleaning the work area.
• Assist with paperwork accompanying shipments.
• Complete both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments as directed.
