Cycle Counter I
Maintain accurate counts on all in‑house inventory.
Responsibilities
- Perform work within a timely manner.
- Count accurately and enter data via RF scanner.
- Physically count components and parts to correlate with inventory.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies and requirements.
- Inform proper personnel of material shortage, overage, damages, and thefts.
- Learn and adhere to all OMS processes related to inventory.
- Meet daily production goals by completing cycle counts and/or tasks on time.
- React to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts and buildings as needed.
- Maintain overall organization and cleaning of the locations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Operate order pickers and pallet jacks (EPJ and MPJ) required to perform cycle counts.
Required Tools & Qualifications
- High school or GED diploma.
- Experience in shipping and receiving (preferably in an automated distribution center).
- Strong computer and math skills.
Preferred Tools & Qualifications
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
Working Conditions
Manufacturing plant.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Repetitive motion.
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions.
- Must lift up to 30 pounds.
- Walk/stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
