Job summary

DP World in Carlisle, PA is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies, strictly adhering to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a Right First Time product.

You will support customer requirements with throughput delivery, handle item movement from bulk containers, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to work with diverse group of people and be a team player.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure.
• Willingness to undergo additional training to meet developing and changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a 'Right First Time' product to the customer.
• Assist in follow up of customer concerns; sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
• Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements.
• Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and KPIs of the site; schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
