Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Stock Specialist in El Cajon, California. You will monitor warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy of reported stock levels while maintaining product IDs and location data.

Forklift certification and strong Microsoft Office skills are required or attainable. The role emphasizes inventory integrity, discrepancy research, and timely reconciliations, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

Responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing more complex cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits and reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and problem solve complex data and issues.
• Must be able to pass the forklift certification test.

Position Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required, but 1+ years of experience with cycle counting/inventory management preferred.
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.

• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Compensation Range $17.56 - $23.56
