Job summary

Texas Pipe & Supply in New Jersey is seeking an Inventory Clerk with experience in cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates have good math, communication skills, and the ability to work self-directed or as part of a team.

You will handle sit-down forklift operations and data entry on a laptop, be prepared for overtime including Saturdays, and pass background and drug tests.

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (data entry using a laptop).
• Available to work overtime if necessary, including Saturdays.

Physical demands and abilities:

• Experience on Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-up Reach Truck or Picker preferred.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
