Responsibilities

Conduct and direct quarterly cycle counts on-time and within inventory guidelines.
Operate tools and equipment common to material handling (manual and powered sit-down and stand-up trucks).
Communicate with buyers, planners, and production to resolve inventory issues.
Uses SAP & Electronica to look up parts and conduct cycle counts.
Enforce 5S, 7 Wastes and lean principles in the team/area.
Know Siemens part numbers, SAP locations, and key areas.

We are looking foraCycleCount Team Leadto join our team. This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility.

The Team Lead will lead the Cycle Count Team to maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and inventory adjustments. The Cycle Counter Group Leader will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating and transferring materials.

Hourly Rate:

$24.79

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, including inventory control processes
3+ years of forklift operation experience
Experience withSAPsystem.RF Scanner devicesand MS Office applications
Able to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

The pay range for this position is $24.79 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
