Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Cyberspace Operations Instructor to deliver advanced CO training focused on wireless technologies for DoD personnel in Pensacola, FL. The role includes delivering lectures, labs, and exercises in a military training environment.

You will develop curriculum, assess student proficiency, and support materials and simulations. Applicants should have CO experience, adult-learning background, and US citizenship; TS/SCI with polygraph is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of CO experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO) including DCO/OCO.
• Experience in adult learning and delivering instruction to large classes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CO training for Wireless Technologies in a military training environment.
• Develop CO training curriculum (lecture content, guides, exams, exercises).
• Provide classroom instruction per the course Program of Instruction.
• Lead practical lab exercises, study hall sessions, and tutoring for up to 20 students per class.
• Incorporate technical knowledge into training delivery and assess student proficiency.
• Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Review and update training materials and recommend improvements.
