Job summary

Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) in San Antonio, TX seeks a Cyberspace Digital Network Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense client.

You will work with analysts across the intelligence and operational communities to develop access and exploitation strategies, leveraging cyberspace experience to conduct open and all-source research, network vulnerability analysis, and critical factor evaluation.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and willing to pass an additional polygraph.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• BA or BS degree in an IT-related field or 4 years of technical experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of internet protocols, telecommunication technologies, and internet routing.
• Understanding of software applications, operating systems, and databases within the telecommunications architecture.

Overview:

Strategic Technologies Analytics Group (STAG) is seeking a Cyberspace Digital Network Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DOD) Customer. You will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Intelligence and Operational Communities of Interest to develop access and exploitation analytical strategies against targets of interest. Our ideal candidate will leverage their cyberspace experience to conduct open / all-source research, network vulnerability analysis, and critical factor analysis to support cyberspace operations. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work with a team to deliver analytical products (orally, visually, and written formats) in accordance with established DOD policies, procedures, and requirements.

Job Description:

In this role, you will analyze highly complex and diverse mission areas requiring innovative solutions using various tools and databases. Additionally, you will conduct the following duties:

• Execute target analysis and research to identify communication infrastructures.
• Conduct Operational research from various sources/metadata to identify, analyze, and characterize networks (logically and physically), telecommunications, and social networks to build a comprehensive intelligence picture.
• Complete risk and vulnerability assessments at the network, system, and application levels.
• Analyze data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements.
• Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities using various Critical Factor Analysis techniques.
• Assist with the creation and development of exploitation strategies against targets of interest.
• Identify gaps within intelligence to submit additional requirements to support collection operations
• Provide technical recommendations to address gaps and seams in cyberspace operations capability development.
• Deliver tailored oral, visual, and written analytical products to support our client’s cyberspace operational requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and be willing to pass an additional polygraph as required.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• BA or BS degree in an IT-related Field or 4 years of technical experience in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology in layman's terms.
• Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, who can organize and manage individual schedule.
• Knowledge of internet protocols, telecommunication technologies, and internet routing.
• Understanding of software applications, operating systems, and databases within the telecommunications architecture.
