Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to provide SETA support for RMF, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with government security professionals, systems engineers, and program teams to maintain authorization posture and develop artifacts.

The ideal candidate has active TS/SCI with Poly, 8–10 years in cybersecurity/RMF, and strong analytical and documentation skills to translate policies into actionable requirements and improvements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• BS with 8–10 years of relevant experience, MS/PhD also acceptable with adjusted years.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, RMF, and system authorization activities.
• Knowledge of RMF processes, security controls, continuous monitoring, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide IA and cybersecurity systems engineering support for enterprise platforms and mission systems.
• Perform RMF and system authorization activities including maintaining ATO documentation and SNOW records.
• Assess changes to interfaces, software releases, and architecture for cybersecurity risk.
• Coordinate with system owners, engineers, developers, and government organizations to resolve security issues.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity requirements and Zero Trust across architecture and delivery activities.
• Participate in cybersecurity reviews and translate policies into actionable guidance.
