Job summary

Lyntris is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to lead a distributed team on major US Navy cybersecurity programs in a hybrid role in San Diego, CA. This position requires an active U.S. security clearance and deep expertise in network security, cyber analytics, and SE reviews.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Navy architectures, risk management, and CMPro configuration management, with certifications and a strong background in systems engineering processes for PoR solutions.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in software/systems/computer/electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity systems engineering across Navy programs.
• Assess network security, cyber analytics, and threat analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate across distributed Ech III performers and meet milestones.
• Understand Navy Shore, Afloat, and Expeditionary Network Architectures.
• Plan, organize, complete, and present cybersecurity assessments and procedures.
• Apply Security Classification Guides across Navy networks and perform SETRs.
