Job summary

Infinity is seeking a Cyber Security Systems Engineer to join our aerospace and defense team. The role focuses on cybersecurity assessments, hardening operational and support systems, and RMF compliance requirements to increase resilience.

You will support intrusion detection and security engineering for MILSATCOM ground and space systems, develop COAs, and contribute to recovery planning. A Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI is desired.

Qualifications

• DoD 8140/8570 IAT II certification or higher required.
• 4–8 years' experience with DISA STIGs, SCC (SCAP, Benchmarks).
• 4–8 years' experience with DISA ACAS.
• Experience with TRELLIX or equivalent host-based security products.
• Experience implementing RMF security controls per NIST guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cyber Systems Security Engineering expertise to MILSATCOM systems.
• Monitor current cyber threats and assess their impact on systems.
• Develop COAs to mitigate threats and prioritize risks.
• Create and update procedures countering cyber threats for Ground/Space systems.
• Assist in recovery planning and mission continuity during incidents.
• Support RMF artifact delivery and submission schedules per contract.
• Perform network vulnerability scans for Government validation checks.
