Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Policy Analyst, Mid, to help develop governance capabilities and strategic cyber roadmaps for clients. You will assess cyber policies, ensure alignment with regulations and standards, and guide executives through risk-informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in policy analysis and experience applying directives to governance, with strong writing and communication skills and TS clearance.

That's why we need a strategic planning specialist like you with the expertise required to develop governance capabilities and analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development specialist on our team, you'll support the assessment of your client's cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You'll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you'll advance the development of enterprise governance capabilities and a strategic cyber roadmap. You'll work to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving critical infrastructure environment. You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience reviewing and researching policy analysis and deriving impactful findings
  • Experience applying government supply chain policy directives and executive orders to develop supply chain risk management processes, procedures, and governance
  • Experience developing high-visibility products that are technically and grammatically accurate
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure environments supporting executive leadership
  • Ability to lead long-term products through initiation, execution, and delivery
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment

  • Experience leading a small deliverable team, assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and ensuring the timely completion of high-quality products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Risk Management, National Security, Government, or Political Science preferred; Master's degree a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
