Job summary

Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc is hiring a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epsilon C5I in San Diego, CA onsite. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring cybersecurity measures to strengthen cyber defense and ensure a resilient network.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, DoD IAT II certification, 5+ years of cybersecurity policy experience, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in cybersecurity, computer/electrical/electronics engineering or mathematics with CS concentration, or equivalent.
• DoD IAT Level II certification minimum or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity policy, including Assessment and Authorization.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI access required.
• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 (five) years of notable experience preparing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy, including Assessment and Authorization requirements.

• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Pay Range

• $135,000 - $185,000 per year.
• Estimated range based on business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, experience).

ADA / Work Conditions

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
• Prolonged use of a computer (typing/keyboarding).
• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel by car, air, or other transportation methods if required.
