Qualifications

• 5+ years of related cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Management consulting experience preferred, with the ability to assess complex cybersecurity challenges, provide structured recommendations, and effectively communicate solutions to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise cybersecurity strategy into a multi-year roadmap and book of work.
• Oversee program execution and milestones, delivering measurable risk reduction and resilience outcomes.
• Design and manage the cybersecurity financial strategy and budget, including operational, capital, and services spend.
• Develop executive and board-level reporting on cyber posture, risk, and threats on a bi-monthly cadence.
• Analyze interdependencies across cybersecurity projects, budgets, and strategic alignment.
