Job summary

ESM is seeking a Software Developer to support an enterprise-level program in a federal environment. You will participate in the full software lifecycle, develop cybersecurity tools, and implement secure development practices in a fast-paced, government-facing context.

Responsibilities include building PoCs, exploiting concepts, and integrating C2 frameworks while applying Docker and PyEnv to ensure repeatable, compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time software development experience (may substitute 8 years with a Master's degree).
• IAT-III requires CISSP or CCSP certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and sustain cybersecurity tools to analyze protocol and service vulnerabilities.
• Build proof-of-concept exploits and tailor C2 capabilities in representative environments.
• Perform full lifecycle software development using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Leverage Docker and PyEnv to enable secure, scalable development and testing workflows.
