Job Summary
As a Cybersecurity Senior, you will help clients improve their cybersecurity processes, systems, and strategies to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities include assisting senior team members, conducting research, gathering data, performing testing, and contributing to deliverable development. This role offers learning and growth opportunities in cybersecurity and compliance projects, and you will provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Project Objectives
- Accountable for individual compliance with administrative responsibilities
- Execute sales support tasks as assigned, including proofs of concept, whitepapers, case studies, and demos
- Identify cross‑selling and new service‑offering opportunities and communicate them to appropriate drivers
Engagement Tasks
- Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables required by the project as determined by management
- Adhere to leading practices in all deliverables
- Establish strong relationships with clients
- Manage segments of projects independently while being involved in multiple projects
- Keep project team informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities, including performing project plan maintenance to a task level
- Respond to clients with a sense of urgency, escalating matters or managing up as necessary
- Achieve firm, team, and organization metrics (e.g., utilization and realization)

- Consistently produce work of the utmost quality
Supervisory Responsibilities
Work Environment
- Expectation to spend time with the client in accordance with the client’s needs; may be at the firm’s office or client premises
- Work volume and predictability may vary; may be subject to on‑call requests with short notice and work hours exceeding 40 per week
Physical Demands
- Ability to transport necessary equipment between client sites, lift issued equipment such as laptops, backpacks, keyboards, and note‑taking materials, and bend or stand as necessary
Travel Required
- Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on client needs
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2–4 years of experience since undergraduate degree, or 0–3 years of experience since MBA
- Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Education and Experience
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or other relevant certifications
