Job summary

TekSynap is recruiting a Project Manager to lead cybersecurity and IT projects within RMF for the IMCOM DFMWR Technology Services program at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. The role focuses on compliance, contract alignment, and effective governance of project deliverables.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide status briefings, and ensure PM discipline across multiple concurrent initiatives in a government setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Project Management with Army or other DoW Organizations.
• Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) policies, directives, and regulatory guidance in cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud computing environments, cybersecurity infrastructure, and DoW PKI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end cybersecurity and IT projects within RMF-compliant framework.
• Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Ensure contract requirements and compliance are followed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage risks and issues.
• Present status updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
