Job summary

idlexperts is building a dedicated bench of cybersecurity reviewers to QA our offensive-security and application-security RL environments: vulnerability-discovery tasks, vulnerability-patching tasks, and end-to-end exploit-construction tasks. You'll confirm fairness, correctness, and readiness to ship by testing environments we've built and providing precise justifications.

This is part-time, flexible-hours remote work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience finding and validating real vulnerabilities in web apps, APIs, or backend services.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code (Python/JS/TS/Java/Go/C/C++) to trace vulnerable data paths.
• Clear written justification for each verdict; you will be judged on reasoning as well as results.
• Reliable and self-directed, comfortable working asynchronously with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review a codebase and a described vulnerability to confirm real, reachable, and findable.
• For patching tasks, verify that grading fails while exploit remains possible until fixed.
• For exploit-construction tasks, attempt the intended exploit path within the environment.
• Flag inconsistent files or missing context that would hinder solvability.
• Provide a short justification for every accept/reject/flag decision.
