Job summary

COOLSOFT is seeking an Analyst to conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for software procurement and renewals, documenting findings in One Trust and ensuring proper workflow integration with Service Now and Ohio Buys.

Role requires collaboration with multiple business units, procurement, and IT teams, with hybrid work and onsite requirements at Columbus. Start is immediate with contract duration eight months.

Qualifications

• Experience performing cybersecurity risk assessments for software procurement.
• Ability to document findings clearly in One Trust.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows and Ohio Buys requisitions.
• Strong collaboration with procurement and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for software procurement and renewals.
• Enter and manage risk assessment data in One Trust and Service Now.
• Provide comments and documentation for Ohio Buys requisitions as required.
• Collaborate with business units, procurement, and IT groups to clarify requirements.
• Support process mapping and improvement initiatives to reduce workflow duplication.
• Track and report metrics on workload, turnaround times.
