Mphasis is seeking a focused Program Manager with a solid background in software development to lead our Cybersecurity initiatives. You will oversee cybersecurity programs from inception to completion, align them with enterprise security goals, and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive success.

• Must have proven cybersecurity project management experience.
• Solid understanding of software development processes/methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity programs from inception to completion aligned with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets; ensure timely milestones.
• Coordinate with software development teams to embed security in SDLC.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
