Job summary

Arcfield seeks a Cybersecurity Program Manager (CPM) to oversee a large SETA program for a US government IT enterprise. You will manage cost, schedule and performance, lead a program leadership team, and coordinate with a Cyber Technical Lead to ensure timely and secure delivery.

The CPM acts as Arcfield's primary point of contact for contractor support, ensures delivery of CDRLs, and participates in business development and proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Six or more years in Program Management; ten+ years preferred.
• At least five years in Systems Engineering, IT and cybersecurity.
• Experience with SETA programs >125 FTE with cybersecurity scope.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent.
• Must possess TS/SCI with Poly authorization.
• Bachelor's or equivalent with 16+ years or Master’s with 14+ years; 6+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and performance of a SETA program for a large USG agency IT enterprise.
• Lead a program leadership team; ensure task understanding, allocation and completion.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, finance, and security support across the program.
• Collaborate with Cyber Technical Lead to ensure successful delivery of major tasks.
• Support new business development and lead major proposals when needed.
• Serve as liaison with subcontractors for staffing and training oversight.
• Coordinate with Pricing for proposal processes and report on program budgets.
