Job summary

Axiom Path is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity program leader to drive a broad portfolio across enterprise security, identity, and OT/IoT initiatives. You will partner with cybersecurity, IT, product, and leadership to translate assessments into executable programs and roadmaps.

Remote-oriented role with preference for candidates in Charlotte, NC or the Southeast. Occasional travel to Charlotte will be required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex enterprise cybersecurity programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interdependent workstreams.
• Strong governance, roadmap development, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate security requirements into structured delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.
• Coordinate security assessments and vendor selection activities.
• Drive security technology and vendor initiatives including MDR transitions.
• Coordinate product and application-security initiatives.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders, engineers, and executives.
• Provide concise executive updates on progress and risks.
• Ensure issues are escalated and resolved.
