Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in San Diego seeks a Cybersecurity PKI Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure PKI infrastructures aligned with DoD standards. You will document certificate inventories, system configurations, and operational procedures to support mission assurance.

Working with engineers, security, and vendors, you’ll evaluate new PKI technologies, automate certificate management, and ensure highly available services across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security with a focus on trust, certificates and PKI/IdAM.
• Experience with PKI hardware and software core components.
• Experience with automated certificate management and DoD RMF.
• Security principles and DoD 8140/8750 familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable PKI solutions aligned with Navy/DoD standards.
• Maintain certificate inventories, system configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, security, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Evaluate and implement new PKI tools and automation to improve operations.
