PKH Enterprises is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Team Lead for a federal defense client, based at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The role oversees day-to-day SOC and cyber defense activities, leading analysts and responders in monitoring, detection, and incident response.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, supervisory experience, and expertise across incident response, threat analysis, and cybersecurity architecture. After-hours support and 24/7 readiness may be required.

Qualifications

Job description

Cybersecurity Operations Team Lead PKH Enterprises is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of an exciting opportunity with a federal client. This position is contingent upon contract award and candidate selection is subject to the successful award of the contract to PKH Enterprises.

The Cybersecurity Operations Team Lead oversees day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) and cyber defense activities supporting a federal defense client. The position leads cybersecurity analysts and responders responsible for monitoring, detection, incident response, and cyber defense operations.

Work Location

• Primary duty location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois
• Position may require after-hours support, incident response coordination, and participation in 24/7 operational activities. Security Clearance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IA or Cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: o Incident response
• Threat analysis
• Analytic development
• Cybersecurity architecture
• Cybersecurity engineering
• Experience supporting enterprise security operations.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and cloud security architectures.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
