Job summary

Crest Operations invites students to join our Enterprise Security & Risk team as a Security Intern. You will support cybersecurity operations, threat detection, vulnerability management, identity security, and security analytics across diverse environments.

You'll gain hands-on experience with security platforms, incident response coordination, governance, and automation using Power Platform and scripting. This paid internship offers real-world exposure in a growing company setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Basic understanding of operating systems and security principles
• Interest in cybersecurity operations and threat analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze security alerts and investigate potential threats
• Assist with security monitoring and threat detection activities
• Participate in vulnerability management and remediation tracking
• Support identity and access review processes
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI
• Assist with cybersecurity risk assessments
• Research emerging threats, attack techniques, and vulnerabilities
• Support security documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• Participate in incident response exercises and investigations
• Assist with security automation opportunities using Power Platform and scripting
