Cyber Mission Integration and Capability Planner
Position Summary
The Cyber Mission Integration and Capability Planner supports the integration of Special Access Program (SAP) capabilities into United States Space Force (USSF) cyberspace warfare operations while helping mature organizational processes, governance frameworks, and analytical capabilities within the directorate. This position serves as both a mission integrator and S9 capability builder, ensuring SAP-enabled capabilities are effectively aligned with cyber operations, mission planning, organizational development, and operational learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical cybersecurity background and can translate complex cyber defense concepts into operationally relevant information for mission planners, senior leaders, and non-technical stakeholders. This is not a hands-on infrastructure engineering or personnel security administration role. Instead, the focus is on operational integration, capability development, process improvement, governance, and mission support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in cyber defense, cybersecurity, or related technical fields, including:
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional technical experience (may overlap with the experience requirements above).
Technical Knowledge
Demonstrated experience or working knowledge in at least three (3) of the following areas:
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and SAP Access Eligibility Required
Travel: As required to support mission objectives and stakeholder engagements.
